I believe our emotional health impacts all areas of our mental and physical well-being. If balance is to occur a holistic approach is vital, and I use EFT and Hypnotherapy to gently bring about this balance.
As an EFT practitioner, I understand that freedom from negative experiences and traumas starts with freeing the negative emotions attached to these; often hidden from us but retained in our subconscious mind. These negative emotions are incredibly powerful and although we are not always conscious of them, they can remain active for many years; even throughout a lifetime. Negative emotions have the power to sabotage or limit our potential in life. EFT allows us to work at a deep level without retraumatizing or often even revisiting painful episodes from the past. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy allows us to lay down new patterns and beliefs to support and promote positive change. I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey forward. This might be a journey into well-being or simply about making changes that support personal growth or positivity. I believe that therapy should feel therapeutic (healing and calming to the system) and my aim is always to send you home feeling more confident, happy or relaxed than you came in.
